Nestor Alfred is the Chief Executive Officer of the St. Lucia Citizenship by Investment Unit. His areas of expertise include domestic and offshore financial services, taxation, auditing, and regulation/supervision. He has held senior and executive positions within the banking sector in Barbados, the Cayman Islands, and St. Lucia. Nestor has also acquired extensive experience in compliance and anti-money laundering during his stint as Registrar of Insurance and Assistant Comptroller of Inland Revenue for St. Lucia. Nestor is a trained IMF/Caribbean Financial Action Task Force (CFATF) Mutual Evaluator and serves as Commissioner to the CARICOM Competition Commission. Nestor holds a B.Sc. in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies and an MBA from Henley Management College/Brunel University.
